What does it mean to be YOU? What is the unique contribution you have to offer to the world? Have you even began to contemplate on these questions or responded to signs or whispers in your heart to follow a path that you alone can tread?

Conscious Heart Creations emerged out of these difficult questions in 2011. A long, painful and fruitful process that has only led to a deeply satisfying life of moving continuously forward, armed only with a clear vision, an evolving understanding of purpose, and an open, trusting and receptive stance that what is needed will show up at exactly the right time.

For almost a decade, CHC searched for “spaces” where healing and empowerment could be found and in 2019 realized that, as an initiative, it has become a safe and nurturing space in itself. The vision of healing and empowerment has started to take root and grow within.

Thus, this year, as more people in the world experience suffering as a result of current events, Conscious Heart Creations finds strength in the possibility that it can respond and perhaps provide healing and empowering spaces for individuals and groups/communities. Instead of seeking, it is now welcoming and inviting those who need to learn the skills to live in a world of uncertainty or groundlessness, building the capacity to stay in one’s center — conscious, mindful, accepting and compassionate.
